This will indicate the quality of the names and addresses in your data, testing against the Royal Mail’s PAF files and the electoral roll. It can add telephone numbers where these are missing. The audit will also show how many people on your database have moved and, for a fair percentage of those that have moved, we can actually locate their new addresses. It will show how many of your records are deceased and we can run a fuzzy check to see how many of your records are duplicated (clever software means that they do not have to be exact duplicates to be cleansed).

We will then provide you with a precise quote to show you how much it will cost to totally cleanse your database.

Beyond that, we can undertake data enhancement, looking at the profile of your database and pointing you in the direction of key prospects by highlighting postcode sub-sectors with a very similar acorn profile to your existing client base.
